SHIPPING
We promptly pack and ship all orders within 24 Hours and offer FREE OUTBOUND SHIPPING on all orders in the United States. We ship using USPS Priority, UPS and USPS First Class-depending on the weight and size of the order. We occasionally use FedEx depending on value and speed of delivery.
We also ship INTERNATIONALLY for a flat rate of $35 USD fee and use APC Global Logistics for International Freight. We ask for 10-15 business days to receive your international order, but would have you know that it will arrive with all duties and taxes paid.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Globally for a flat rate of $35 USD using Global Post (a subsidiary of the United States Postal Service). Please allow 10-20 business days to receive your parcel.
Please note, international return postage will be the responsibility of the consumer.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to make a return or exchange, submit a RETURN REQUEST to info@robertfrostquality.com for our review. We respond to merchandise return requests within 24 hours of receiving them. We accept online returns on full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must show no signs of wear and include all of the original packaging and tags. Items returned worn, damaged and/or past the 14 day return window will be returned at the customer's expense.
Buyers will be responsible for return postage. You can either choose a method most convenient or cost effective to return your purchase for refund, or contact us during business hours Monday through Saturday 10am - 6pm EST, Sunday 12pm - 4pm EST at (231) 929-7463 to provide $12 flat rate payment for us to provide you with a return label to return your purchase.
*Please note; if you ship your return you should be advised to get valid tracking information from your courier, as we will not be responsible in the rare instance your returned item(s) are lost or stolen in transit.
