Shipping
We promptly pack and ship all orders within 24 hours and offer FREE OUTBOUND SHIPPING on all orders in the United States. We ship using USPS Priority, UPS and USPS First Class-depending on the weight and size of the order. We occasionally use FedEx depending on value and speed of delivery.
We also ship INTERNATIONALLY for a flat $25 USD fee and use APC Global Logistics for international freight. We ask for 10-15 business days to receive your international order, but would have you know that it will arrive with all duties and taxes paid.
International Shipping
We ship globally at a flat rate if $25 USD using APC Global Logistics. We ship all international parcels as "Dropped-Duties-Paid"-meaning all taxes and duties will be covered by us for outgoing parcels. Please allow 14-20 business days to receive your parcel. We consolidate parcels every 3 business days on average. Once they dispatch from the APC United States distribution hub, they typically take 9 business days to arrive to you. Please note, international returns will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns Policy
If you need to return your item, you can submit a RETURN REQUEST to info@frostshoes.com for our review. We respond to return requests within 24 hours of receiving them. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, showing no signs of wear, with all original packaging. Items returned worn, damaged and/or exceedingly past the 30 day returns window will be subject to re-stocking fees and/or returned at customers expense.
Buyers will be responsible for return postage. You can either choose a method most convenient or cost effective for you to return your purchase for refund and/or contact us via telephone during business hours to provide $10 flat rate payment for us to provide you with a return label to return your purchase. Please note; if you ship your return you should be advised to get valid tracking information from your courier, as we will not be responsible in the rare instance your returned item(s) are lost or stolen in transit.
